In this class, we were expected to further break down the element from the category.
After arriving at a part, for example, bottle cap, we had to make an iteration on it.
- My element was scarf. These are the parts that I could identify-
- size, measurement , colour, texture, material, print, utility, fabric.
Under utility, I wanted to explore the different ways of wearing s scarf so I decided to choose that as my part.
For the next class, I had to make mind map B and research for the iterations.
Reflection: This class taught me how to manipulate an element of an object until it does not lose it’s functionality. This helped me understand what are the possible parts that come under scarves.
