We discussed the presentation in front of the class today. We had to include measures being taken by the authorities and citizens of Mumbai to prevent TB and make people more aware about it.
Reflection– Researching about the measures being taken by Mumbai, we realised that the Mumbai government (MGRM) is providing free treatment and medication but there are very few initiatives to educate people about this widespread disease. I learnt that the lower sections of the society, that lack education and awareness programmes are the main victims of TB and that needs to be taken care of first.
